『FOURTH DIMENSION』初回限定盤は、Lonesome_Blueが2026年8月26日にキングレコードから放つ2ndフル・アルバムを、最も情報量の多い形でまとめたエディションである。タイトルの“第四次元”には、バンドにとって4作目のフィジカル作品であることと、ギタリストSallyを迎えて4人体制になったことが重ねられている。野村麻衣子（Vocal）、広瀬ゆうき（Bass, Vocal）、MIZUKI（Drums）という三者の関係性の上に、新しい弦の声が加わったことで、音の奥行きと役割分担が明確に更新された。 本編CD1の10曲は、サウンド・プロデューサーにMaoを迎え、メロディと鋭さを同時に立てる方向で統一されている。先行曲“EVERGLOW”は、開けたサビと硬質なリフを衝突させずに共存させ、新体制の名刺として機能する。Sallyが作曲した“Ideal Blue”、MIZUKIが作曲した“Blue Canvas”、野村麻衣子が作詞した“Burn This Night”というメンバー自身のクレジットは、外部に預けきらない当事者性を作品へ持ち込んだ。直線的でありながら展開の妙を残す“New Breed”、抑制から解放へ向かうパワー・バラード“The Rose of Peace”、そして“ALIVE!”へ至る後半は、演奏力を誇示するのではなく、曲の感情が着地する場所を丁寧に用意している。 初回限定盤だけに付属するボーナスCDは、アニメ・ソング2曲のカバーである。TOM★CATの“TOUGH BOY”（『北斗の拳2』OP）は、80年代の乾いた緊張感をバンドの重心へ移し替え、fripSideの“only my railgun”（『とある科学の超電磁砲』OP）は、疾走感の強い電子的な原曲を生演奏の推進力へ翻訳する。声優としてアニメの現場に立つメンバーがいるバンドにとって、この2曲は単なる余興ではなく、自分たちの出自を正面から扱う選曲だ。本編で提示した「今の4人」と、ボーナス・ディスクが示す「ここへ至る回路」。その両方を一つのパッケージで聴けることが、この初回限定盤の価値である。

The limited first edition of FOURTH DIMENSION presents Lonesome_Blue’s second full-length album, released 26 August 2026 on King Records, in its most complete form. The title works on two levels at once: this is the band’s fourth physical release, and it is also their first record as a four-piece, following the arrival of guitarist Sally alongside Maiko Nomura (vocals), Yuuki Hirose (bass, vocals) and MIZUKI (drums). The added guitar voice does not simply thicken the sound; it redistributes space, giving the rhythm section room to move and the vocal a clearer horizon. The ten main tracks, shaped with Mao as sound producer, hold melody and edge in the same frame rather than alternating between them. The lead song “EVERGLOW” lets an open chorus and a hard riff coexist without either winning. Member credits run through the record — “Ideal Blue” written by Sally, “Blue Canvas” by MIZUKI, lyrics for “Burn This Night” by Nomura — so the album reads as authored from inside the band. “New Breed” stays direct while still turning, and the power ballad “The Rose of Peace” moves from restraint to release before “ALIVE!” closes the sequence. The bonus disc, exclusive to this edition, adds two anime covers: TOM★CAT’s “TOUGH BOY” from Fist of the North Star 2 and fripSide’s “only my railgun” from A Certain Scientific Railgun. For a band whose members work as voice actors, these are not novelties but a direct acknowledgement of where they come from. Hearing the current four-piece and that lineage in one package is exactly what this edition offers.
