Invasion of Your Privacy is the second album, on which RATT inherited the debut's momentum and further polished refined melody and flashy guitar riffs. The playing of Stephen Pearcy (vocals), Warren DeMartini and Robbin Crosby (guitar), Juan Croucier (bass) and Bobby Blotzer (drums) was produced by Beau Hill. Catchy songwriting and tight playing made the band's commercial appeal firm. The drive of "Lay It Down" and the approachable hook of "You're in Love" convey the band's fulfillment. "Lay It Down" became a signature song indispensable live. The finesse of the twin guitars lives on songs like "Never Use Love" and "Dangerous but Worth the Risk" too. The album reached US number 7 and 2x Platinum, a record marking the peak of their golden age.
