『One Size Fits All』は、PINK CREAM 69が太いリフ、アンディ・デリスの抜けの良い歌、覚えやすいコーラスを緊密に組み合わせた第2作だ。前作の勢いを受け継ぎながら、曲はより引き締まり、ギターの硬さとメロディの明るさがきれいに釣り合っている。デビュー作で示した資質を、さらに洗練させた一枚である。 “Livin' My Life For You”“Talk To The Moon”“Ballerina”“Signs Of Danger”といった楽曲では、勢いで押すナンバーにも、歌の流れを大切にする作曲の感覚がある。“Do You Like It Like That”“Where the Eagle Learns to Fly”のような楽曲にも、バンドの充実したメロディ・センスが息づいている。“Stray Kid”“We Taught The Children”といった楽曲にも、バンドの充実した演奏が息づいている。アンディ・デリスの伸びやかで表情豊かなヴォーカルはこの時期のバンドにとって大きな武器となっており、初期PINK CREAM 69の勢いと完成度を共に高い水準で示した充実作である。パワー・メタルとハード・ロックの間を自然に行き来し、初期PINK CREAM 69の魅力を端的に示した本作は、力強く洗練された、聴き応えのある一枚である。

One Size Fits All is the second album on which PINK CREAM 69 tightly combined thick riffs, Andi Deris’ clear singing and memorable choruses. While inheriting the momentum of the debut, the songs are tighter, and the hardness of the guitar and the brightness of the melody balance cleanly. It is a record that further refined the qualities shown on the debut. On “Livin' My Life For You,” “Talk To The Moon,” “Ballerina” and “Signs Of Danger,” even momentum-driven numbers have a compositional sense that values the flow of the singing. Songs like “Do You Like It Like That” and “Where the Eagle Learns to Fly” breathe the band’s full melodic sense too. Moving naturally between power metal and hard rock and concisely showing the appeal of early PINK CREAM 69, it is a powerful, refined, rewarding record.
