『Rising In Bloom』は、1stアルバムで確立した新体制の結束を、より開放的で立体的なサウンドへ進めた5曲入りEPである。“Our Fate”は明るく抜ける旋律の中へ重いギターとリズムを据え、親しみやすさとラウド・ロックの強度を同時に示す。“The weight of choice”では静かなピアノと湊あかねの歌から始まり、バイオリン、ギター、ベース、ドラムが段階的に加わることで、選択の重さを壮大な起伏へ変えている。 “Checkmate”は緊張感あるフレーズと鋭い展開で演奏陣の反応速度を際立たせ、“Telepathic”は現代的な音像とキャッチーなフックを結びつける。終曲“Dawn of Astrantia”は夜明けを思わせる余韻を残し、作品全体の成長という主題を静かに回収する。Ayasaのバイオリンは装飾ではなく、リフ、対旋律、情景転換を担う中心楽器として機能し、MINAのベースとMIZUKIのドラムが低域の推進力を強める。Yukiのギターと湊あかねのヴォーカルも互いの領域を押し広げ、5人の個性が一つの楽曲像へ収束している。短い作品ながら、爽快さ、重さ、叙情性を無理なく往来し、East Of Edenがメタルを基盤にしつつ表現の幅をさらに広げたことを伝える重要作だ。

Rising In Bloom advances the cohesion established on the first album into a more open and three-dimensional five-track EP. “Our Fate” places heavy guitars and rhythm beneath a bright, expansive melody, showing accessibility and loud-rock force at the same time. “The weight of choice” begins with quiet piano and Akane Minato’s voice, then allows violin, guitar, bass and drums to enter in stages, turning emotional pressure into a large dramatic arc. “Checkmate” highlights the band’s quick interaction through tense phrases and sharp structural turns, while “Telepathic” joins a modern sonic surface to an immediate hook. The closing “Dawn of Astrantia” leaves the suggestion of daybreak and quietly resolves the record’s theme of growth. Ayasa’s violin is not decorative; it functions as riff, counter-melody and scene-changing voice. MINA and MIZUKI strengthen the low-end momentum, while Yuki’s guitar and Minato’s vocal performance continually widen each other’s space. The five musicians retain distinct identities, yet every part converges on a unified song. Although concise, the EP moves naturally between freshness, weight and lyricism. It is an important statement of East Of Eden’s second chapter, proving that a metal foundation can support a broader emotional and melodic range without weakening the band’s impact.
