Rethroned

『Rethroned』は、2008年11月19日に出た第2作で、フィンランドのチャートに16位で初登場した。歌う4人はデビュー作から変わらない。ヤルッコ・アホラ、マルコ・ヒエタラ、トニー・カッコ、ユハ・ペッカ・レッパルオト。今回は誰がどの曲を担うかがより明確で、ヒエタラがボン・ジョヴィ“Wanted Dead or Alive”を、カッコがプリンス作の“Nothing Compares 2 U”を、アホラがフランク・シナトラ“My Way”を引き受け、“I Should Be So Lucky”ではレッパルオトとアホラが並ぶ。“Kiss from a Rose”や“Take on Me”のように4人全員で押す曲もある。 幕開けはロッキー4の“Training Montage”で、ヴィンス・ディコラ作の器楽曲。映画の曲はほかにも、1985年のボンド映画からデュラン・デュラン“A View to a Kill”、バットマン・フォーエヴァーからシール“Kiss from a Rose”が入る。以降はデペッシュ・モード、A-ha、カイリー・ミノーグ“I Should Be So Lucky”、アダムスキ“Killer”と続き、シン・リジィの“Róisín Dubh (Black Rose): A Rock Legend”で全11曲55分が閉じる。シングルと映像は“Kiss from a Rose”。日本盤は2009年2月25日に出て、マイケル・ジャクソン“They Don't Care About Us”を追加した。iTunes盤にはその管弦楽版も収められている。

Rethroned, released on 19 November 2008, entered the Finnish chart at number 16. The four singers are unchanged from the debut: Jarkko Ahola, Marco Hietala, Tony Kakko and Juha-Pekka Leppäluoto. Who takes what is clearer this time. Hietala handles Bon Jovi's "Wanted Dead or Alive," Kakko takes "Nothing Compares 2 U" — written by Prince — Ahola takes Frank Sinatra's "My Way," and Leppäluoto stands beside Ahola on "I Should Be So Lucky." Others, such as "Kiss from a Rose" and "Take on Me," are pushed by all four together. It opens on "Training Montage" from Rocky IV, an instrumental written by Vince DiCola. Two more film songs follow: Duran Duran's "A View to a Kill" from the 1985 Bond picture, and Seal's "Kiss from a Rose" from Batman Forever. From there come Depeche Mode, A-ha, Kylie Minogue's "I Should Be So Lucky" and Adamski's "Killer," and Thin Lizzy's "Róisín Dubh (Black Rose): A Rock Legend" closes eleven songs in 55 minutes. "Kiss from a Rose" supplied the single and the video. The Japanese edition arrived on 25 February 2009 with Michael Jackson's "They Don't Care About Us" added; the iTunes edition also carried an orchestral version of it.
