『Code ; 9021』は、HAGANE初のフル・アルバムとして、バンドの持つメロディック・メタル像を大きく押し広げた作品だ。高速ナンバーの爽快感だけでなく、重厚なリフ、技巧的なギターの掛け合い、幻想的なムードまでが収められ、EP時代の魅力が長い物語へと発展している。 “Fly Infinitely”“GunRock”“BlackCult”では、明るさと攻撃性の両方が際立つ。“Undersea Paranolia”“Sword Of Judgement”のようにドラマ性や重量感を強めた曲、“GoGoKart”“Train”のように遊び心のある曲が並び、ポップに届くサビを保ちながら、曲ごとにテンポや色彩を細かく変えていく構成も巧みだ。締めの“ZERO”まで、密度を保ったまま聴かせる。 華やかなツイン・ギターと透明感ある歌を軸に、疾走・重厚・幻想が一枚へ同居する。HAGANEが単なるガールズ・メタルの枠に収まらず、緻密な楽曲設計を持つメロディック・メタル・バンドであることを示した重要作である。EP時代の疾走感を保ちながら、ヘヴィさと幻想性という新たな武器を加えたことで、バンドの表現は一段と厚みを増している。初のフル・アルバムにして、その後の飛躍を予感させる充実の内容だ。

Code ; 9021 is HAGANE’s first full-length album and a major expansion of the band’s melodic-metal identity. It offers more than fast, uplifting songs: heavy riffs, technical guitar exchanges and fantasy-like atmosphere turn the EP-era appeal into a broader narrative. “Fly Infinitely,” “GunRock” and “BlackCult” highlight both brightness and aggression, while “Undersea Paranolia” and “Sword Of Judgement” add drama and weight and playful cuts like “GoGoKart” and “Train” vary the mood. The choruses stay accessible, yet the album changes tempo and color from song to song with clear intention, holding its density through to the closing “ZERO.” Built on ornate twin guitars and transparent vocals, it shows HAGANE not simply as a girls-metal act, but as a melodic-metal band with careful arrangement — a key record that already hints at the leap to come.
