Majestic is the eighth album centered on GAMMA RAY’s fast guitars, bright melody and Kai Hansen’s powerful singing. The songs value the elation of the royal road while adding drama through fine arrangement. Even after a long career, the band’s passion for racing power metal has not dimmed in the least. Big choruses and flowing guitar solos appear again and again, giving forward heat each time you listen. Hansen’s high-tone vocals and the twin guitars with Henjo Richter give the songs firm drive and flair. Not forgetting the beauty of melody even within speed, it is a record showing GAMMA RAY’s unchanging power-metal spirit.
