Land of the Free II is the ninth album on which GAMMA RAY sounded the openness of power metal head-on through fast riffs and soaring choruses. Kai Hansen’s singing and guitar lead the songs toward both elation and tension. While inheriting the title of the classic Land of the Free, this work has more varied development.
