EVERGREEN is an ambitious self-cover work on which Blindman boldly re-records its signature songs from the early years to the early 2000s with the present lineup, again powerfully showing the sure strength of its songs as melodic hard rock. Rather than a mere compilation of the past, by updating the playing and sound with a present sensibility, it makes the songs’ sure framework and deep songcraft resound anew and powerfully. A record where the mature expression particular to veterans shines.
