BLAZING CRISIS is a fulfilling work on which Blindman, binding emotive, powerful vocals, fluid guitar phrases and thick, rich choruses, vividly drew dramatic melodic hard rock. A record on which the band, reaching its mature period, powerfully displayed its character. The songs, while certainly containing technical elements, are always carefully built around the sure impression of the singing. A hotter, more powerful record. A truly striking record for the deft construction that makes lift stand out in speeding powerful numbers and deep lyricism stand out in mid-tempo songs. While following the European melodic-hard-rock style, a delicate songcraft particular to a Japanese band strongly appears. Tatsuya Nakamura’s fluid, lyrical guitar is powerfully in sharp form throughout.
