Hollywood 1976 (Remaster)

Hollywood 1976 is UFO on stage at the Starwood in Los Angeles on 3 May 1976. The sleeve of Cleopatra Records' 2023 CD of the concert, issued as Hollywood '76, prints the date and the venue together with the five players: Phil Mogg on vocals, Michael Schenker on guitar, Pete Way on bass, Andy Parker on drums and Danny Peyronel on keyboards. By the time of Lights Out the following year Paul Raymond had replaced Peyronel, so the recording also documents the period when Peyronel held the keyboard chair. The Cleopatra CD came with liner notes by Dave Thompson. The twelve songs take "Doctor Doctor", "Oh My" and "Rock Bottom" from Phenomenon, "Let It Roll", "Shoot Shoot", "Out in the Street" and "This Kid's" from Force It, and "Can You Roll Her", "I'm a Loser" and "Highway Lady" from No Heavy Petting, released in 1976, and add "C'mon Everybody" and "Boogie for George"; "Can You Roll Her" opens the show. Cleopatra released the concert on CD as Hollywood '76 in August 2023 and on coloured double vinyl in November. Belle Antique, a label of Marquee Inc., presents the same twelve songs in the same order, with a 2026 remaster, as a paper-sleeve SHM-CD, catalogue number BELLE 264458, with a release date of 25 November 2026. It shares that release with Landing in St. Louis: Live 1982, the band's 1982 concert in St. Louis in the same format.
