Perfect Timing

Perfect Timing is a work under the name “McAuley Schenker Group (MSG),” on which Michael Schenker teamed with the powerhouse vocalist Robin McAuley. While centered on the singing Flying-V guitar melody, reflecting the late 1980s, it boldly puts forward a more refined, arena-rock / melodic-rock direction. McAuley’s powerful, soaring voice harmonizes beautifully with Schenker’s guitar. Beyond the flashy guitar-hero side, songs particular to this period, valuing big choruses and catchy melody, line up. Schenker’s guitar, while keeping its outstanding expression, devotes itself to beautifully coloring the whole song.
