HAGANE Sign With Napalm Records — "Through The Night" Goes Worldwide Outside Japan

On September 30, HAGANE announced a deal with the Austrian metal label Napalm Records — worldwide, excluding Japan, and physical only. "Through the Night", which reaches Japanese shops on December 2, will be issued to the rest of the world on CD and vinyl. The announcement did not stop there: a European run called EUROPEAN TOUR PART1, the album's eleven-song running order, the standard edition's sleeve, the opening of pre-orders and ten in-store events all landed on the same day.

Worldwide, Excluding Japan, And Physical Only

The band's own announcement describes a worldwide contract excluding Japan, under which "Through the Night" will be released to the rest of the world on both CD and vinyl. The label calls it a worldwide physical distribution deal and gives the release date outside Japan as January 15, 2027 — about six weeks after the Japanese street date of December 2.

Napalm Records is a metal specialist label with its head office in Eisenerz, Austria, and further offices in Berlin and New Jersey. HAGANE's announcement names DRAGONFORCE — whom Sakura and JUNNA have covered on YouTube — along with KAMELOT, ACCEPT, FROZEN CROWN and ALTER BRIDGE among the acts on its roster.

The formats outside Japan are built quite differently from the Japanese ones. The label lists a 2-LP gatefold edition on gold and silver vinyl, a 2-LP gatefold edition on blue vinyl, and a strictly limited test pressing sleeve edition with a hand-numbered certificate, among others. Where the Japanese release leads with a CD-and-Blu-ray Deluxe Edition, the international one leads with vinyl.

EUROPEAN TOUR PART1 — Denmark, Then Berlin, Hamburg And Cologne

Announced at the same time as the deal is a European album tour called EUROPEAN TOUR PART1. It opens at EPIC FEST in Denmark and takes in Berlin, Hamburg and Cologne. Individual dates and venues have not been announced yet.

2026 was the year HAGANE played outside Japan for the first time, and Denmark was where that began. The label's own introduction places the band's showing at Germany's Rockharz Festival this summer directly in the run-up to the signing. The tour is named PART1.

"Through The Night" — Eleven Songs, And A Blu-ray Of August 29 At EX THEATER ROPPONGI

There are two Japanese editions: a Deluxe Edition (CD plus Blu-ray, EACC-5010, 9,680 yen including tax) and a Standard Edition (CD, EACC-5011, 3,500 yen including tax), both out on December 2. The standard edition's sleeve art was revealed on September 30, and pre-orders opened the same day at shops and online stores.

The album runs to eleven songs, in this order: Through the Night / Voyage Never Ends / 月光-TSUKIKAGE- / Crystal of Tears / Steel March / The Steel Reborn / The Rising of the Shield / 剣のレコード II -Records of TSURUGI- / Medication and Pain / 音の鳴る方へ / Glorious. "月光-TSUKIKAGE-" is the song whose official music video appeared in August.

The Deluxe Edition's Blu-ray carries the whole of the August 29 show at EX THEATER ROPPONGI in Tokyo — the final night of the EP Release Tour "METAL QUEST" — together with an off-shot documentary of the same day, "Back side of 東京 EX THEATER ROPPONGI". That was the stage on which the December album and the fifteen-date album tour were announced in the first place.

Ten In-Store Events — From Shinjuku On December 13 To Ebisu On February 14

Ten in-store events mark the release, each of them a signing session for items fans bring themselves. They begin at Tower Records Shinjuku on Sunday December 13, followed before the year is out by Tower Records Sapporo Parco on December 18 and Tower Records Kanazawa Forus on December 25. In the new year come Tower Records Fukuoka Parco on January 9, Disk Union ROCK in TOKYO on January 17, Tower Records Umeda NU Chayamachi on January 23, Tower Records Hiroshima on January 29, Tower Records Sendai Parco on February 6, Tower Records Nagoya Parco on February 12, and finally Euclid Agency in Tokyo on February 14, for orders placed through the silkroad store. Fukuoka starts at 15:00 and ROCK in TOKYO at 17:00; the rest start at 18:00.

The rules differ by shop. At the Tower Records dates, anyone who buys either edition at the participating branch receives one participation ticket, with people who pre-ordered served first; the tickets are limited and stop when the allocation runs out. Pens are provided and cannot be brought in, and members sign their names only — no dedications, no dates. ROCK in TOKYO splits arrivals into five twenty-minute slots between 16:50 and 18:30, printed on the ticket, to keep the queue manageable.

Mail order is handled by the band office's own silkroad store. Orders placed between 20:00 on October 1 and 23:59 on October 29 come with a participation ticket and an exclusive photo, and are delivered on release day, December 2. The February 14 session runs in two parts, on the ground floor of Euclid Agency in Ebisu, Tokyo.
