On November 4, Warner Music Japan released East Of Eden's single "Ghost Sequence". The title song is the opening theme of the TV anime Toaru Anbu no Shoujo Kyousei, the band's first anime tie-in. The CD comes in two editions, regular (WPCL-13843, 2,310 yen including tax) and anime (WPCL-13844, 1,870 yen). On the evening of release day, all five members hold a talk event at animate hall BLACK in animate Ikebukuro.

The regular edition holds six tracks: the title song, "ONE WAY" and "Evolve (English Version)", plus an instrumental of each. "Ghost Sequence" was written and arranged by Ryutaro Fujinaga of the creative team Elements Garden. "ONE WAY" is a new song used in a gaming machine of the Toaru series; Mami Kawada wrote the lyrics, and East Of Eden and Mao Yamamoto composed and arranged it. "Evolve (English Version)" is the band's 2023 debut song "Evolve", recorded again by the current five with lyrics entirely in English.

The anime edition holds three tracks: the title song, its TV-size edit and an instrumental. Its sleeve was drawn for the anime and shows Shizuri Mugino, one of the main characters. The title song has streamed since October 17, and a full-length lyric video is on the band's official YouTube channel.

Stores add first-come bonuses while stocks last: a mega-jacket from Amazon.co.jp, a postcard from Rakuten Books, a can badge of one member at random from Seven Net Shopping, bromides from animate (2L size with the anime edition, L size with the regular one), and an A4 clear file from other CD shops. Some shops do not take part.

The eight release events began at HMV&BOOKS SHIBUYA on October 28. On release day, November 4, all five members — Ayasa, Akane Minato, Yuki, MINA and MIZUKI — hold a talk event from 19:00 at animate hall BLACK on the ninth floor of the north building of animate Ikebukuro. A regular edition bought at the venue counter from 16:00 that day brings a numbered entry ticket and a hand-over of an anime-edition jacket-photo sticker; two regular and two anime editions together bring a group photo with the members.

Then come mini lives at Yodobashi Hall in Yodobashi Camera Multimedia Umeda on the 5th and at Shinjuku Kabuki hall on the second floor of Tokyu Kabukicho Tower on the 8th, an online bingo event on Limista on the 14th, an internet signing on the 20th, and a screening of behind-the-scenes footage from the Hong Kong show at Tower Records Shibuya on the 22nd. The last of the eight is a mini live at Yodobashi Akiba on the 23rd.

KAAT Kanagawa Arts Theatre on December 5, Hitomi Memorial Hall on January 30, 2027

On December 5 the band play "East Of Eden Special Live 2026 〜 ALL IN 〜" at KAAT Kanagawa Arts Theatre, and on January 30, 2027, a headline show, "East Of Eden Premier Live 2027 〜 a starry night 〜", at Showa Women's University Hitomi Memorial Hall.
