Still... Good to Be Bad: Super Deluxe Edition marks fifteen years of WHITESNAKE's tenth studio album, Good to Be Bad, released in 2008, on four CDs and a Blu-ray. It came out worldwide on 28 April 2023, and Warner Music Japan issued this first-run Japanese edition, WPZR-30942/6, on 17 May. The album reached the UK top ten and was named Album of the Year at the 2008 Classic Rock Awards. David Coverdale was the set's executive producer, and his notes trace the album back to the 2003 tour that brought Whitesnake together again for its 25th anniversary.
The first CD is the 2023 remix in a new running order and the second the 2023 remaster. The third gathers new alternative mixes and versions, with backing vocals by the Hook City Harlots and a horn section, and the fourth, Evolutions, follows each song through unreleased recordings from its first ideas to the finished demo. The box holds twenty-eight alternative mixes and versions, all but one previously unreleased. The Blu-ray has promo videos, live footage from the 2008 European tour, an interview by Eddie Trunk and acoustic performances. The Japanese edition is on SHM-CD and adds a photo card printed with handwritten messages from Coverdale, Doug Aldrich and Reb Beach, a translation of the English notes, the lyrics in translation and Japanese subtitles for the interview. The CDs carry 58 tracks.
