For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge (Expanded Edition)

For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge (Expanded Edition) builds on VAN HALEN's ninth studio album, released in June 1991. The original entered the American chart at number one and stayed there three weeks, the third number one in a row for the line-up with Sammy Hagar. Bernie Grundman remastered the album for this edition and cut the lacquers for the set's double LP. The second CD holds three tracks, among them previously unreleased versions of "Right Now" and "The Dream Is Over", and eleven unreleased live recordings from Dallas, Texas, on 4 December 1991. The Blu-ray brings eleven songs of unreleased video from the same Dallas show and four promo videos, "Right Now", the 1992 MTV Video Music Awards' Video of the Year, among them. Rhino released it on 12 July 2024, and Warner Music Japan followed on 24 July with a strictly limited Japanese version of the import, WPZR-31015/19.
