A four-track EP: two new songs and two re-recordings from the 1980 debut Wild Cat. The band's own Bandcamp gives the release date as 22 April 2022 and this page follows it; MusicBrainz says 25 February 2022, with no first-party source behind it.
The two revisited songs are "Fireclown" and "Killers", set beside the new "A New Heartbeat" and "Red Mist". "A New Heartbeat" went on to appear on Bloodlines the following year. The sleeve was designed by drummer Craig Ellis, and the band's site records the EP reaching number 12 on an Official Charts listing.
Around the same time, in November 2021, the band took the NWOBHM award at the Hard Rock Hell Awards in Great Yarmouth. What is striking in their own account of it is the detail they chose to add: that congratulations arrived from former members John Sykes and Jon Deverill.
