Ritual

The twelfth studio album, released by Mighty Music on 22 November 2019 — eleven songs running from "Worlds Apart" to "Sail On". It was made at Trinity Heights Studio in Newcastle, which belongs to Fred Purser, who engineered it. Purser is the guitarist who replaced John Sykes in 1982 and played on The Cage; he was therefore engineering a Tygers record thirty-seven years after making one. The band produced, and Soren Andersen mixed. The same year brought a re-recording of the debut single "Don't Touch Me There" for its fortieth anniversary. Robb Weir, then-guitarist Micky Crystal, Fred Purser and Soren Andersen each contributed a solo to it, and it appeared as the B-side of the "White Lines" twelve-inch.
