Dream Up is built around a distinctly TRiDENT idea: a dream is not something to observe from a distance, but something to pull closer through action. “KICKASS” begins with the impact promised by its title, combining a sharp riff, a rolling rhythm and a large chorus into one immediate launch. “Repaint” follows by treating change as a creative act. Its speed and colorful melody express the determination to overwrite both the past and any fixed image of what the band should be. “twinkle” places a small, shining melodic detail inside the harder sound, catching the light that remains visible while a goal is still far away. “End Roll” uses the language of an ending but creates space for the next scene instead of closing the story. “NEO FUTURE” completes the EP with an open chorus and powerful ensemble playing, arguing that the future is produced by present choices. The trio’s interaction is especially clear throughout the record. The instruments do not disappear into a single wall; each keeps its own outline while locking tightly with the others. ASAKA moves between strength and transparency, SERINA’s bass behaves as a melodic voice as well as a foundation, and NAGISA’s detailed changes push the narrative forward. Dream Up refuses to leave ambition as an abstract hope. It presents performance, decision and continuity as the practical means of turning a dream into reality.
