Lonesome Crow (60th Anniversary Edition)

Lonesome Crow (60th Anniversary Edition) revisits the album Scorpions released in 1972 as their debut, remixed for the band's sixtieth year. The original came out on Brain, the German progressive label, produced by Conny Plank, and it is the only Scorpions album on which Michael Schenker played as a full member. The 2026 mix is the work of Hans-Martin Buff, made from the original multitrack tapes Plank left behind. The digital release is dated 26 February 2026, and the band announced the record on transparent vinyl and on CD as well. Universal Music Japan issued the Japanese edition on 27 February 2026 as UICY-16374; the SHM-CD format is for Japan alone. It carries a 2025 interview with Klaus Meine and Rudolf Schenker, translated. The band's own channel has posted two German television appearances from 1972: "Lonesome Crow" on Saarbrücker Bilderbogen, recorded on 8 August, and "I'm Going Mad" on Nordschau, broadcast on 21 March.
