LINER NOTES
LANGUAGE
It was recorded in May 2016 at Rockfield Studios in Monmouth, Wales, with strings at RAK Studios in London and additional work at Junkmail Studios in Stockholm and Psalms Studios in Bath. It is the first record they put out after leaving Roadrunner, on their own Moderbolaget imprint through Nuclear Blast.
It opens on the short "Persephone" and sets "Persephone (Slight Return)" near the end. The standard release is eleven tracks; a limited edition added a second disc with "The Ward", "Spring MCMLXXIV" and three live recordings.
The running order here is the standard release's (Moderbolaget Records and Nuclear Blast, 27361 38220). The player carries a master that includes the limited edition's contents, so five more tracks follow the eleventh.
