THE SUN WILL RISE AGAIN

The Sun Will Rise Again is the twenty-sixth Loudness album, released through Universal Music Japan on 4 June 2014. In 2013 the band had founded Katana Music, their own management company and label, to give themselves a structure in which they could concentrate on playing; this was the first studio album made under it. From around this time invitations from overseas festivals began arriving steadily, and a European run each summer became routine. On 7 October 2015 a US mix appeared, with the songs remixed, a sleeve in blue and white rather than the red-and-white rising sun of the Japanese edition, and a slightly different track list. Preparing one form for home and another for abroad is a method this band has used since the 1980s.
