2·0·1·2 is the twenty-fifth Loudness album, released by Tokuma Japan Communications on 22 August 2012, and named after the year it appeared. Made in the band's thirty-first year, it carries songs that address their own history and standing directly — "The Voice of Metal", "Spirit From The East". The first pressing came with a bonus disc holding the additional song "Deep-Six The Law" and a thirty-two-page booklet. The following year the band founded Katana Music, their own management company and label. This album sits immediately before that change of footing.
