Fearless

Fearless, released by AFM Records on 20 April 2018, is Gus G.'s third solo album, about three years after Brand New Revolution. King Records followed with the Japanese edition on 25 April. The first two solo records had changed singers from song to song; this one was made by a steady line-up. Dennis Ward, known from Pink Cream 69 and Unisonic, sings and plays bass and keyboards, and Will Hunt, whose credits include Evanescence, plays drums. Ward and Gus G. produced it together and wrote most of it together; the instrumentals "Fearless" and "Thrill of the Chase" are Gus G.'s alone. Track six, "Money for Nothing", is a cover of a Mark Knopfler song, and "Aftermath" is another piece without a vocal. Around the release AFM Records put out videos for "Letting Go", "Fearless" and "Thrill of the Chase" and a lyric video for "Mr. Manson", then added a video for "Don't Tread on Me" in January 2019. The Japanese edition runs to fifteen tracks, adding the short instrumental "In a Dream" and two live recordings from the Token Lounge in 2017, "Burn" and "I Am the Fire". King Records reissued it at a budget price in December 2021.
