I Worship Chaos

I Worship Chaos preserves Children of Bodom’s fast riffs, neoclassical keyboard flair and sharp vocals while presenting a darker, tighter character. Guitar and keyboard push forward as if competing, yet their roles are shaped around the songs’ central themes rather than speed alone. The rhythm section sits low and heavy, giving even the fastest material a hard center of gravity. Mid-tempo passages are as important as the charges: the cold edge of a riff, the moment keys take over a melody, and the low end pulling a song back all create tension. Flashy leads remain a pleasure, but memorable phrases and rhythmic force remain the core. At volume, guitar attack, keyboard contours and the kick-and-bass drive come into focus.
