The formation of W.E.T. was spearheaded by Serafino Perugino, the president of the Italian record label Frontiers Music Srl (then Frontiers Records). In 2008, Perugino approached Robert Säll and Erik Mårtensson, who were up-and-coming Swedish songwriters at the time, to write songs for veteran vocalist Jeff Scott Soto.   Born in Sweden. He is the leader of the band ECLIPSE and has also been active in Nordic Union and Ammunition.
