affected

affected is the first Unlucky Morpheus album made entirely of their own songs. It was sold at Comic Market 86 on 16 August 2014 as ANKM-0020, and Disk Union put it into the ordinary trade on 22 October at 1,540 yen including tax. The band had started in 2008 as a project arranging the game music of Touhou Project for metal instruments, and nearly twenty releases before this one were either that work or contributions to other circles' records. A record of nothing but original songs took six years. The catalogue number continues the same ANKM- run, so the arrangement records and the original ones share one numbering. Seven tracks, their titles split between English and Japanese — "Kyobo no Koibito", "Rakkaryusui" and "Satsuriku no Miseria" in Japanese. That mixture lasted one album: VAMPIR settled on German and French. The record kept being dug up long afterwards. "Kyobo no Koibito" was re-cut for CHANGE OF GENERATION in 2018 as a "(2018 Ver.)"; "Satsuriku no Miseria" went onto Gate of Heaven in 2025; "Rakkaryusui" onto the single SAKURA chevalier the same year; and "affected" and "Get Revenge On The Tyrant" onto Gate of Hell in 2026. Five of the seven have been recorded twice. The band's channel carries one live film, of "Satsuriku no Miseria". No studio music video was made for anything on this album.
