All In - The CDs puts eleven TOTO studio albums, an unreleased live EP and a new collection on thirteen CDs. It is the retail edition of a set that first came out on 30 November 2018: that All In box, with LPs and a Blu-ray as well, sold out, and Legacy Recordings issued the CDs alone, in card sleeves, on 24 May 2019.
The albums run from Toto (1978) through Hydra, Turn Back, Toto IV, Isolation, Fahrenheit, The Seventh One, Kingdom of Desire and Tambu to Toto XX, the 1998 collection of unreleased songs, and Mindfields. The band remastered the music themselves with the engineer Elliot Scheiner, and the credits name Lurssen Mastering too. A few discs differ from the original albums: Tambu gains "Blackeye" and Mindfields "Spanish Steps". Live in Tokyo, from the band's first tour of Japan in 1980, had not been released before, and seven of the ten tracks on Old Is New were new to record. A 24-page booklet carries new essays and photographs not seen before.
