Fast Decision

Scratch Records released Fast Decision in 1983. Mat Sinner's own official discography files it as "Demo Fast Decision (1983)" rather than as an album, and he has said in interview that the first two records were demos put out as records — and that this one was not even finished being recorded. The title song first reached CD in 1994, as a bonus track on the reissue of Touch of Sin. The recording Noise now delivers digitally under that name carries a ℗ 1987 line and credits the Danger Zone line-up with Dirk Steffens producing, so what circulates is not the 1983 Scratch master. It was re-recorded twenty-five years later as "Fast Decision 2008" for the limited edition of Crash & Burn. On Victor's Japanese twofer of Danger Zone and Touch of Sin it appears as track 22, the disc's only bonus. The album itself has never been issued digitally.
