No Bull Records released Bottom Line in June 1995. A caption in Mat Sinner's own photo archive puts the band at Wisseloord Studios in Hilversum, in the Netherlands, in this period — the only official pointer to a studio for the record.
Nuclear Blast's history frames Bottom Line and Judgement Day together as the mid-1990s return, tying them to well-reviewed European live work rather than to chart positions, and neither album reached the German chart. The support tours with Mr. Big and Savatage that AFM lists belong to these years.
AFM reissued the album on 17 June 2011 with two live recordings appended, "Rage of a Hurricane" and "The Biggest Lie". That fourteen-track version is the only one available digitally, which is why streaming services show two more songs than the twelve printed here. Zero Corporation handled the Japanese edition at the time.
