Apocalypse

Apocalypse pursues the pleasures of traditional power metal with complete commitment around Ralf Scheepers’ fierce high voice and Mat Sinner’s heavy bass. The twin guitars race sharply in faster material and create real pressure at mid-tempo. “King of Madness” and “Hounds of Justice” place riff, speed and chorus at the center without unnecessary detours. Grand arrangement and darker melody also keep the album from feeling one-dimensional. It refreshes a trusted style through the conviction of the performance.
