BLIND TO REALITY

The second album, issued the year after their major-label debut Black Clouds of 1988. It appeared on 7 April 1989 with the catalogue number POOP-20231, on Polydor. It pushes the direction of the debut straight ahead, and the writing - one riff piling onto the next - makes the record fiercer than its predecessor. Eight songs, opening with Blind To Reality and closing with Lookin' At Time. The band were making an album a year at this point, four men at the end of their teens or barely into their twenties, and the rise in the standard of their playing is audible at that pace. This album too was reissued as a digital remaster in 2007, UICE-1134, and a remix of it by Stefan Kaufmann was later included on the DVD of Discovery Box in 2010.
