Feed the Machine

Feed the Machine pushes Nickelback’s thicker guitars and heavier rhythms to the front, showing a more aggressive side of the band. The choruses remain easy to grasp, but the songs add tense riffs and occasional uneasy electronic texture. Its defining trait is the meeting of mass-appeal rock strength and a slightly darker atmosphere. The forceful vocal delivery turns hard playing into something immediately accessible. A direct, powerful record for listeners who want to hear the band’s heavier side.
