The Löst Tapes - The Collection (Vol. 1-5) gathers all five volumes of MOTÖRHEAD's archive series The Löst Tapes on eight CDs, released by BMG on 23 February 2024. The series comes from the cassettes the band's live sound systems recorded at its shows, digitised and labelled with the city and the date. All five had come out digitally before, and the first four on limited vinyl too.
Volume One is Madrid's Sala Aqualung on 1 June 1995, Volume Two the University of East Anglia in Norwich on 18 October 1998 and Volume Three KB Hallen in Malmö on 17 November 2000, two CDs each. Volume Four is Heilbronn on 29 December 1984, with the band as a four-piece, and Volume Five Download Festival at Donington Park on 13 June 2008, where Würzel joins them at the end. The box reached number seven on the UK's Official Rock & Metal Albums Chart and number 24 in Germany. Ninety-seven tracks in all.
