Orgasmatron

Orgasmatron is a studio album released on 9 August 1986 by GWR, the vinyl as GWLP 1 and the CD as GWCD 1. Phil Campbell and Würzel joined on guitars and Pete Gill on drums in February 1984, making the band a four-piece, and this is the first studio album that line-up recorded. Nine tracks, of which the opener "Deaf Forever" and the title song are the best known. It was cut at Master Rock Studios in London, with Bill Laswell and Jason Corsaro credited as producers, and reached No. 21 on the Official Albums Chart. GWR issued the Japanese pressing on 21 October 1986 as VDP-1140. In 2007 BMG JAPAN reissued it domestically with bonus tracks as BVCM-37966.
