Too Fast For Love (45th Anniversary Deluxe Edition) is BMG's limited box set for the 45th anniversary of Mötley Crüe's debut, released on 30 October 2026. Its point is to set the album's two versions side by side, both remastered. The first version was the band's own: 900 LPs pressed on their Leathür Records imprint in November 1981. Elektra signed them less than six months later and in August 1982 issued the record again, resequenced, remixed and remastered, nine songs without "Stick To Your Guns", with "Live Wire" as the first single; that version went platinum in the US and gold in Canada. Original Leathür LPs now change hands for large sums, and the Leathür version reached streaming services for the first time with this release. Beside the Leathür (ten songs) and Elektra (nine songs) LPs, the box holds a previously unreleased live double LP from Perkins Palace in 1982, where the band already played "Looks That Kill", "Red Hot", "Shout At The Devil", "Knock 'Em Dead, Kid" and the Beatles' "Helter Skelter", all of which would be on Shout at the Devil the next year. The fifth LP holds five demos from the band's first studio session, in March 1981, none released before. A CD of the Leathür version, replicas of the original demo cassette and of the single "Stick To Your Guns" / "Toast Of The Town", a 100-page hardcover book with unseen photographs by Don Adkin and Kevin Estrada, a lyric book and replicas of a poster and the press kit complete it. The demo "Nobody Knows What It's Like To Be Lonely" was given a newly made video, posted on the band's channel on 10 September 2026, and a newly remastered "Take Me To The Top (Leathür Records Version)" followed on 9 October; the song came back into the band's set for the first time in 42 years on the 2026 Return Of Carnival Of Sins tour. The same anniversary programme brought a standard CD and LP of the remastered Elektra version, a lenticular CD and store-exclusive coloured LPs, and the band's Crüeseum store sold out a hand-numbered edition of 250 with extra items.
