Racing (English Version)

Racing (English Version), released on 6 April 2005, is the English-language edition of the album issued the previous November. Since the 2001 reunion the band had worked mainly in Japanese; here the lyrics are replaced throughout, making this the first Loudness album sung entirely in English since the original four reassembled. That August, Drakkar in Germany put out an international edition with a different running order and sleeve. This is the third time one album was made in two languages, after Disillusion in 1984 and Hurricane Eyes in 1987. That the same method returns two decades later says something consistent about the band: neither audience is ever given up.
