Pain Remains

Pain Remains is the fourth studio album by the American band Lorna Shore, released on 14 October 2022 through Century Media Records. Josh Schroeder produced it. It is the first album, and second release overall, to feature vocalist Will Ramos and rhythm guitarist Andrew O'Connor, and the first with new bassist Michael Yager. On 29 April 2022 the band played a new song, "Sun//Eater", at a concert, and released it officially with a video on 13 May alongside the album announcement; it was also the first song to feature Yager, who joined during the sessions. "Into the Earth" followed with a video on 22 June, and "Cursed to Die" on 26 July, when the 14 October release date was given out. The first part of the title track, "Pain Remains I: Dancing Like Flames", appeared on 14 September and the second, "Pain Remains II: After All I've Done, I'll Disappear", on 29 September. The three-part title piece closes the record. The order here is the ten tracks of the American digipak CD, 19658737572; the Japanese edition (SICP 6508) carries thirteen.
