LINER NOTES
LANGUAGE
“Parallel World” made Lonesome_Blue’s pre-debut ambition unmistakable by placing guest violin at the center of an unusually colorful rock arrangement. Ayasa’s playing is not a decorative layer. It enters into conversation with the vocal, sometimes reinforcing the melody and sometimes pulling the scene in a different direction. Over a firm foundation of guitar, bass and drums, psychedelic resonance and progressive transitions create a landscape that feels slightly displaced from ordinary reality. The song does not depend on repeating one hook. It changes scenes and unsettles the listener’s sense of location, yet a clear vocal line remains at the center, keeping the complexity emotionally accessible. The expressive voice and the sharp violin tone intensify one another, leaving anxiety and isolation beneath the surface brightness. That tension gives the collaboration a dramatic purpose beyond simple novelty. Placed second on First Utterance, the track quickly established that Lonesome_Blue’s debut would not remain inside a safe girls-rock formula. It combines the backgrounds of voice actors, professional rock musicians and a guest instrumentalist within one composition. In doing so, “Parallel World” provides an early and convincing musical proof of the band’s “hybrid” identity.
