Liner Notes

First Utterance turns Lonesome_Blue’s idea of a “next-generation hybrid girls’ rock band” into a concrete five-song debut. “Beginning Of The End” crosses ominous tension with a large melody, opening the group’s story through the paradox of a beginning framed as an ending. “Parallel World” adds Ayasa’s violin, allowing psychedelic color and progressive movement to carry the expressive vocal into a deliberately unfamiliar landscape. “Welcome To Heavenly Secret Base” changes the atmosphere through an intimate, uplifting hook. “Labyrinth” uses heavier playing and a maze-like structure to reflect inner instability, while “Total Eclipse” closes the EP with drama that shifts between light and shadow. The songs approach different styles, yet the voice remains the center, and the instruments continually reshape the scene around it. Complexity is translated into communication rather than used as a barrier. The record’s central achievement is that it does not merely place voice-actor expression beside professional rock musicianship. It creates a structure in which those backgrounds sharpen one another. Even as a debut, the EP avoids a safe formula and declares an intention to move across metal, hard rock, progressive detail and pop melody. It is the origin point of the diversity expanded on Second To None, and the first forceful “utterance” of Lonesome_Blue’s identity.
