Eternity

Eternity is a work on which FREEDOM CALL layered bright melody, driving rhythm and sing-along choruses, sounding thoroughly positive power metal. Keyboards and guitar spread colorfully, and the songs are full of a fantastical air. It is a full third album on which the band’s signature was further polished. On “The Spell,” “Metal Invasion,” “Warriors” and “Eyes of the World,” a stance of valuing hope and release over darkness stands out. Songs like “Flying High,” “Land of Light” and “Ages of Power” breathe the band’s full melodic sense too. In particular, “Metal Invasion” became an anthem popular in the live setting. Lifting your spirits even when tired, this bright record is one in which the appeal of early FREEDOM CALL is condensed.
