And Justice for None

And Justice for None puts Five Finger Death Punch’s heavy groove and radio-sized choruses in especially direct form. With a guest appearance from Zakk Wylde, the guitars are thick and Ivan Moody’s vocal moves between anger and melancholy. Aggressive pieces such as “Sham Pain” and “Fake” sit beside more exposed emotional moments like “Gone Away,” showing both sides of the band. The record favors riff weight and instantly memorable vocal lines over small-scale complexity. It is a clear expression of the large sound of modern American metal.
