Diamond Star Heroes Live From Sheffield

Diamond Star Heroes Live From Sheffield documents a Def Leppard concert in Sheffield, the northern English city the band comes from. Mercury Studios released it on 21 November 2025; the Japanese edition is a two-disc SHM-CD set (UICY-80685/6, JAN 4988031819401) of seventeen songs running about an hour and twenty-six minutes. A Blu-ray paired with the same two SHM-CDs shares the date. The set is built on 1987's Hysteria. 'Animal', 'Armageddon It', 'Love Bites', 'Rocket', 'Hysteria' and 'Pour Some Sugar on Me' are spread across the two discs, with "Foolin'", 'Rock of Ages' and 'Photograph' carrying 1983's Pyromania. Into that go "Bringin' On the Heartbreak" from 1981's High 'n' Dry and the instrumental 'Switch 625' that follows it — two pieces associated with the band's early guitarist, the late Steve Clark, played here in front of a hometown audience. Recent material comes from 2022's Diamond Star Halos, which supplies 'Take What You Want', 'Kick' and 'This Guitar', and which the live album's own title is drawn from.
