LINER NOTES
LANGUAGE
15 is a comeback centered on simple, strong guitar riffs, a bouncing beat and Josh Todd’s rough singing. Keeping rock ’n’ roll’s forward drive, the choruses have a surprisingly big accessibility. It is a record that also carries the anecdote that the band, once effectively broken up, regrouped around Josh Todd and Keith Nelson and wrote it in only a short time. On “Crazy Bitch,” “Sorry,” “Everything” and “Next 2 You,” rough songs and soft ballads line up, showing the band’s human range. In particular, “Crazy Bitch” became the band’s biggest hit, making their name known to the world again. The ballad “Sorry” also achieved great success. Songs like “Out of Line” and “Sunshine” breathe the band’s full playing too. Strongly stamping BUCKCHERRY’s dramatic revival, it is a record full of momentum.
