Shy is a self-titled work on which SHY layered emotive vocals, refined guitar and thick choruses, drawing mature British melodic rock. While keeping the skeleton of classic hard rock, the songs value the flow and shading of the melody over flashiness. Released after a long career, it is a record of their mature period. Both powerful numbers and ballads have a composure backed by a long career. Centered on guitarist Steve Harris, the band keeps protecting a traditional sound.
