VAN HALENが1991年夏に発表した9作目のスタジオ・アルバム『F@U#C%K〜フォー・アンローフル・カーナル・ノレッジ』のエクスパンデッド・エディション。オリジナルは全米アルバム・チャートに初登場1位で入り、3週にわたって首位を保ったトリプル・プラチナ作で、サミー・ヘイガー（Vo）、エディ・ヴァン・ヘイレン（G）、アレックス・ヴァン・ヘイレン（Ds）、マイケル・アンソニー（B）の編成では3作連続の全米1位、そしてバンド初のグラミー受賞作にあたる。本エディションはCD2枚、Blu-ray 1枚、アナログ2枚の5枚組。音源はバーニー・グランドマンが手掛けたリマスターで、同梱のアナログ盤も彼のカッティングによるラッカー盤から起こされている。2枚目のCDには「Right Now」「The Dream Is Over」の未発表オルタネイト・ヴァージョンと、1991年12月4日にテキサス州ダラスのウエストエンド・マーケットプレイスで行われた未発表ライヴ11曲を収録。Blu-rayには同じ公演の映像に加えて4曲のビデオ・クリップが入る。アナログ2枚は3面に本編を収め、4面はヴァン・ヘイレン・ロゴのエッチングで音源は入っていない。海外ではRhinoが2024年7月12日に発売し、日本盤はワーナーミュージック・ジャパンが7月24日に品番WPZR-31015/19の完全生産限定盤（輸入盤国内仕様）として発売した。
