BLUE ÖYSTER CULTのデビュー50周年記念ライヴ『50th Anniversary Live - First Night』。2022年9月21日から23日にかけてニューヨークのソニー・ホールで3夜連続、いずれもソールドアウトで行われた公演は、初期の傑作『Blue Öyster Cult』『Tyranny and Mutation』『Secret Treaties』をそれぞれ完全再現するという趣向で、本作はその初日を収めたものである。ディスク1がデビュー・アルバムの全曲再現、ディスク2はヒット曲とディープ・カッツで構成され、「(Don't Fear) The Reaper」「Godzilla」「Burnin' for You」も並ぶ。オリジナル・メンバーのアルバート・ブーチャードがゲスト参加。日本盤は2枚組CDのほか、Blu-ray付きとDVD付きの仕様も用意された。ワードレコーズから2023年12月8日に発売（品番GQCS-91407）。全24曲、約111分。
