LINER NOTES
A live document of UFO at the International Amphitheater in Chicago on 16 March 1980, issued on CD by Cleopatra Records on 22 December 2023; this edition for Japanese distribution (CLO4606CDJ) followed on 24 July 2026. No Place to Run, the album George Martin produced, had come out in January 1980, and Paul Chapman had taken over on guitar following Michael Schenker's exit, alongside founding members Phil Mogg, Pete Way and Andy Parker. The twelve-song set pairs songs from the new album with the 1970s catalogue that made their name, "Lights Out", "Too Hot to Handle", "Only You Can Rock Me", "Love to Love", "Doctor Doctor" and "Rock Bottom" among them, and catches a hard rock band still at full stretch on an American stage.
