Heathen's Bleed The World: Live came out through Nuclear Blast Records on 14 March 2025, and Ward Records released the Japanese edition with a Japanese booklet on 26 November 2025 (GQCS-91694), nine songs in about 40 minutes. The Bay Area thrash band, formed in 1984 according to Ward Records, captured it at US dates of its 2023 Bleed the World tour; in the band's own words every show was taped, audience included, and the album uses the performance of each song they judged most powerful. Guitarist Kragen Lum produced it and Zeuss mixed it. Nuclear Blast notes that every Heathen album is represented, putting older favourites "Hypnotized" and "Goblin's Blade" beside newer material such as "Sun in My Hand" and "The Blight", and the set also includes "Set Me Free", the Sweet cover on the 1987 debut Breaking the Silence. Ward Records' history of the band runs through a split, a 2001 reunion that grew out of a benefit concert, The Evolution of Chaos in 2009 and Empire of the Blind in 2020. Travis Smith's cover shows the Earth bleeding around a steel Heathen logo plunged into it, and Nuclear Blast Records has posted live videos for "Sun in My Hand" and "The Blight".
