Nebula is the second album by As The World Dies, the British progressive death metal band formed in 2018 whose 2022 debut Agonist drew enough attention to bring them a deal with Germany's Reaper Entertainment. The title points at where the music goes: cosmic death metal, technical and progressive in its turns but old-school in feel. Guitarist Scott Fairfax has played in Cerebral Fix, Massacre and Memoriam, and the album was recorded at his studio; Darren McGillivray plays guitar, Bill Richmond bass, Chris McGrath drums and Jay Price sings. Ward Records issued the Japanese CD (GQCS-91569) on 21 March 2025 with translated lyrics, a commentary booklet and a bonus track, "Consummation of Creation", featuring Janneke de Rooij.
